We always aim to do get the work completed on the day but sometimes it might be dependent on the size of the area and weather conditions. Your outdoor space might also require re-sanding which sometimes cannot be done on the same day if it rains.

On average it lasts up to a year, dependent on how the area is used and maintained. We recommend cleaning them once a year or after initial cleaning, enrolling in our maintenance program which will extend its clean look for longer.

High pressure washing alone will not remove the stains but together with a combination of a few of our techniques and professional grade chemical products we can remove as much stains as physically possible. Whilst, generally, we can remove the stains completely, we make you aware that 100% removal cannot be guaranteed.

We require water, ideally an outdoor water tap. If you do not have an outdoor water tap, we may have to use an indoor tap.
